Idea: Elscreen find file and open in new tab.

You have the "find-file-other-window" command.

It means, that the filename under your cursor is opened in a window next to.

It would be great if this is implemented in Elscreen too, that the file under your cursor will be opened in a new tab. I tried to see how I could implement this and push it, but I couldn't know how I can implement this?
