emitter.on with initialized paremeter not working

Hello
i'd like to use some conditional cell formatting and it works fine for
tf.emitter.on(['cell-processed'], formatCell); - when filters are used but
tf.emitter.on(['initialized'], parseRows); is not working on the loading of table data on the beginning.

Any idea what could be the reason , what can i check?
