Description

Should we consider dropping tests for python 3.8?

Drive by Narwhals#2084.

In all honesty, I don't think we are going to require newer narwhals features soon anyway, so if next narwhals version is going to support py3.9, then for py3.8 lego will install the latest narwhals version available for py3.8 with no harm
