tips on GLoRa?

i tried GLoRa yesterday, using prodigy optimizer and basically it learned nothing at all until it was overtrained. It completely broke the textures, but didnt learn any concept whatsoever. Is there anything im missing? According to the paper it should be able to create nice flexible Lora. It was flexible, but also didnt learn the concept at all. I have trained a lora with the same dataset without problems.
