how to save training state and then load it back

So i need to save my training state but i dont know how, after i started my training i noticed there is a check for save training state and then you can select folder and load saved state but before i started training i didnt check that so i dont know if i can actually save it now.
And my training steps are very slow like it takes 1 min to make 1 step sometimes even more, i have laptop with rtx3060, please help
