[BUG] App crash when updating multiple extensions at once.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app.
2. Click on browse tab.
3. Click on extensions.
4. Click on "update all"
5. App crash after installing 1 or 2 ext updates.

Expected behavior

App shouldn't crash.

Actual behavior

App crash instead.
