Add a quick mode for trace finding

Trace finding is too slow for focus scan calibrations, but those don't need measurements of every pixel. Add a quick mode to the trace finding code that only does a few chunks per order (each chunk can be 20-30 pixels, maybe 5-6 chunks an order) rather than all 2048 spectral channels.
