i would get rid of the WTFPL altogether.
apache 2.0 is just fine, i'm also up for any of the other permissive licenses.
(mit, 2-clause bsd, cc0). your pick.
there isn't much brain power in this code, i want the wrapper to useable to as many people as possible.
