Implement mail mocking for testing #51

Laravel supports mail mocking, so this should be a good way to verify that emails are getting sent.

So far the only mail mocks that need setup are:

Sending password reset emails
Sending show-creation confirmation emails (Send email confirmations on show submission #30)
Group invitation emails (Make group shows a thing #40)
