Essentially finishes the work of #50 by splitting last names into their components when generating a public name.
Rules for last-name conversion:
Assume that anything not in first_name is a last name. A person with three names registered could go either way, either with a double first name or a double last.
Split with whitespace or a hyphen.
"Mc" prefixes stay.
Suffixes at the end of a name stay as they are (these are "Jr" and all Roman numerals).
