Add new post-doc as contributor? #27

Hey there, I will definitely add Andrew. Hopefully he will be able to take some of the pressure off of you, though I don't know that he will be able to make some of the changes we've discussed. The most pressing things are the staircase behavior/rolling accuracy check (issue 18, updated) and the way the stimuli are pulled(issue 21, updated), since these are impacting our behavioral piloting. I'll add him and see if he can start at least familiarizing himself with the way things are setup. You said you're off the grid for the rest of this week (which I totally understand! Big things happening!), but I want to try to get a sense of when some of these things will get updated. You think by Monday or Tuesday of next week? Let me know, because I don't know that Andrew will be able to figure out anything by then anyway... Good luck! |
Heya, I'm not an admin, so I don't think I can add him myself. His email is [email protected] |
He doesn't have a github account under that address, so I can't add him either. |
Ok, his github username is adneuro, email is [email protected]
Thanksssss

Hey Kelly,
I ran into Peter and he also mentioned that your new post-doc has a lot of coding experience and also more time than I have at the moment to make these changes.
Given that, do you want to add him to this repository as a contributor so he can make changes? I think that might work out well, since he might have questions about the structure of the code / how certain things are handled that I can answer quickly to save him some time trying to figure out how I've programmed it. It can be hard (or at least time consuming) to read and interpret someone else's code.
