Description

The builds and security checks on this repository are out of date. It would be nice to have some patches applied and library updated for testing with Notebooks + Papermill + Argo

What I Did

Tried to install in a virtualenv and use with Argo.

What I am willing to do

Take over maintenance of the repository, fix build system and apply patches.
