Better error output from Kwok provider

What do you want to see?

When something goes wrong with Kwok provider, it only emits the following exit status 1, with which debugging is really hard.

failed to create kwok cluster: kwokctl get kubeconfig: exit status 1

It'd be really helpful if it emits some more useful output too, I believe Kwokctl under the hood should emit more messages to describe the error and we can just expose those errors to e2e-framework users too.
