Description of Request

We would like to support running e2e tests for new features in the CNCF project open cluster management, located on the slack channel #open-cluster-mgmt

The primary goal of this bot and its token is to post relevant Jenkins CI results to the channel #open-cluster-mgmt after the pipeline is ran.

I believe the bot would require a token/app that has the following privledges:

chat:write
chat:write.public

Hi @jberkus , does this request fall under the with most requests being rejected due to security, privacy, and usability concerns described in https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/communication/slack-guidelines.md#requesting-a-bot-token-or-webhook ? Thanks.

@mikeshng likely; the problem is that Slack's authorization/access infra is a disaster, so we're very restrictive about new bots, particularly ones that aren't owned by a Kubernetes SIG.

However, the Slack admins have not voted on this one.
