There are no guidelines right now for the main @kubernetesio twitter account. Currently, CNCF has them for their account and general guidelines for their projects but nothing specific geared towards Kubernetes.
Assigning myself and happy to work with other contributors on this. We will take the @K8sContributors guidelines and the CNCF guidelines into heavy consideration and not create a ton of unique adds but anticipating a few.
also will document who has the keys and the operation of the account
