AutoOrtho causing CTD on flight Startup

• XP12.1 beta 5
• AutoOrtho Version: 0.7.2
• Filesystem type (NTFS, exFAT, etc)

Describe your question
When I run XP12 with AutoOrtho running, it always crashes to Desktop during the startup of a new flight.

The only thing that I assume is causing this is this line in my autoortho.log file (attached):
ERROR:fuse:Uncaught exception from FUSE operation read, returning errno.EINVAL.

That being said, I've no clue what to do our how to resolve this, as autoortho was working last week and I have not touched it since then.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, if applicable:

1. Run AutoOrtho
2. Open XP12
3. Start new flight with any aircraft
4. CTD
