Improving Startup Times

Any usage of orthos will increase flight startup times, since X-Plane has to read in more data to get going. Autoortho adds another layer to this process, here's a few tips to keep things starting relatively quick.

• Even with this project, various files such as .ter, .dsf, and .png are read from the harddrive. If you are using an old and slow HDD this will slow things down.
• Newer version of autoortho may have speed improvements, so use the latest.
• X-Plane 12 seems to spend a lot of time opening, reading, closing the terrain files (.ter) multiple times. I found that particularly for X-Plane 12, instead of mounting the entire orthophoto directory into Custom Scenery it's much much faster to copy the orthophoto directory directly into Custom Scenery/z_autoortho and then just use autoortho to mount the textures dir.

On my system flight start time with an entire set of tiles is approx 2 minutes.

Also, autoortho 0.0.5 and on should cache already downloaded satellite images, speeding up subsequent loads.
