Warning: This VSCode extension is heavily outdated

Hi, I'm the maintainer of sql-formatter library, and while this extension seems to be the most popular in VSCode marketplace (among many others that under the hood use sql-formatter), it unfortunately uses a very old and outdated fork of sql-formatter.

For example most of the issues reported in this bug tracker have been fixed a long time ago. And all the fixes and features that the forked library had have similarly been ported to the original library several years ago.

For anybody using this extension I kindly advise switching to the official SQL Formatter extension which is maintained in sync with the core library.
