一个简单的方法，我自己目前这么用

下面4个文件

/etc/init.d/kcptun
/etc/rc.d/S99kcptun
/usr/bin/kcptun-client
/etc/config/kcptun

都复制一份，名字加上2，比如 /usr/bin/kcptun2-client

/etc/init.d/kcptun
/etc/rc.d/S99kcptun

两个文件里面把kcptun的地方改成kcptun2

/etc/config/kcptun2 改成第2个实例的配置
