Flow on deep services do not create frontend access for the flow #129

Creating a dev flow on a deeper downstream service do not create the respective gateway access to frontend.

Reproducing steps:

kardinal deploy -k ~/Downloads/obd-kardinal.yaml
kardinal flow create productcatalogservice leoporoli/newobd-productcatalogservice:0.0.3

The returned link does not work.
