[feature]: add a slider to change seek position

Issue

the current implementation of the slider allows user to zoom in on the audio-timeline, while design wise it looks like as a seek slider

Suggested Solution

Add a option to toggle between a seek slider and a zoom slider, the zoom slider's functionality would remain as it is, while need to add the functionality to change the seek bar position in the timeline using another slider.
