Windows 32-bit release of Element v0.46.6 unavailable?

Hello! With much joy I have been using Element v0.41.1 on Windows 7 32-bit. Looking at the later version 0.46.6 I see there is not Windows 32-bit release for this.

I'd be willing to pay to get a v0.46.6 32-bit for Windows release out that everybody can use. Please let me know if you have the ability/time to make this release, or if there are difficulties that I may not be aware of.

32bit version probably isn't going to happen. The difficulty is none of my systems are set up to build the old Element any longer. It'd be a major PITA to get done, and also very time consuming.
