Installing error!!

Using nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:24.05-py3/24.10-py3 as start containers.
Both failed to install etcd-cpp-apiv3 and encountered above error

I am wondering if there exists a recommended container?

We use cmake 3.22.1 in our development machine. You can log in the container and try to update its cmake version.

hi, may i ask which version of protobuf and etcd-cpp-apiv3 you use on your machine?

@yjsunn My OS is Ubuntu 22.02. The protobuf is precompiled (i.e. apt install libprotobuf-dev), and its version is "23.0.4"; etcd-cpp-apiv3 is today's version in github. No libutf8_validity.a found in my server, so that it should be unnecessary in building etcd-cpp-apiv3.

The following is a built libetcd-cpp-apiv3 in my X64 machine. You can also try to use other metadata servers (e.g. Redis) in CMakeLists.txt.
