BUG: Cannot import charater cards from local disks since 1.95.0

I am not sure whether it is a macOS specific issue or not, but I have faced the problem. Since 1.95.0 8c0fe0d, I cannot import character cards from local disks.

I also confirmed that it works well at 1.94.1 d1ace0c.

Looks like a Tauri framework issue. I'll update it when its resolved on the framework side.

Now, the latest version of RisuAI supports the character card V3 format, and cards for this format have been appeared, but because of this problem, I cannot import them.

Previously, I used 1.94.0 to import and used it to chat in the latest version, but I can't do that anymore because I can't import V3 character cards in 1.94.0.

If it isn't resolved on the Tauri framework, won't this problem be solved forever? In the latest version, I cannot import character cards, but I can import prompts and lore books. Is there any way to modify the code?
