Connection from router to openvpn

Hello!
Our clients IT trying to set up connection from a mikrotik router to kylemanna openvpn server that I have set up with default settings. If I try to connect to openvpn server with a windows client it works.
I gave them the client configuration file, but is not working on the router. They told me that the router does not support static key authentication and they need a user name and password.
How can I create a user profile file that uses user name and password?
Also they ask for auth and enc algorithms, where can I add those?
