Description
To fill up the product standards and UX requests, we need to make some improvements with tables.

Acceptance Criteria

When an item of the table is opening the column layout name should be sapTextColor instead of blue

When an item of the table is redirecting to a different view (for example: Namespace table, Events on cluster overview table):

hover from the whole row should be removed
arrow at the end of the row should be removed
name of the item should be a "normal" link instead of LaoutPanelRowItem
user shouldn't be able to click on the whole row to be redirected, redirect should be only on the name link
STRECH: Links should be able to open in the new tab (scroll click, right click -> Open in New Tab, it's working in BTP Cockpit)
