Kyma Dashboard for restricted areas - architecture

Prepare an architecture for the Kyma Dashboard for new landscapes. New landscapes have limited network connectivity that prevents the central dashboard from connecting Kyma clusters.

Ideas to explore:

• Deploy Dashboard as a component in the Kyma Control Plane (in the same cluster or side by side)
• Make sure that the dashboard URL in Kyma Environment Broker returns proper link to the dashboard (convention/configuration)
