Sphinx Theme for Docs unavailable

I was trying to get the docs to render on my system, but I ran into an issue, where the sphinx theme kytos_sphinx_theme was unavailable. The theme should be available on PyPI, however the package appears to be missing. Should we reupload the package from https://github.com/kytos/sphinx-theme, or just use a default theme instead?
