Update to newer version

Hi,

thank you for L20n, it looks great. Unfortunately I am not able to use variants properly and I assume that I configured L20n 3.4.1 not correctly.
I think that a small working example would be helpful to avoid such problems, so could you please update the demo to the current version of L20n?
