window.sunmiInnerPrinter.printColumnsText causing exceptions. How I can use columns in arabic?

This is what I got. I guess its related to this:

string[] colsTextArr:columns of text strings
int[] colsWidthArr:each column of the width of the array, in
English characters, each Chinese characters accounted for two
English characters, each width is greater than 0
int[] colsAlign:column alignment: 0 left, 1 center, 2 right

is Arabic like Chinese characters accounted for two?

I got the same error command is not support,index 33 but with french characters.
Did you find a solution please?
