Allow tag to set to prompt and filter prompt based on tag

Feature request

Right what i have seen in Lang smith is it's allow filter based on query but we have requirement like what to categorized prompt and list all prompt based on category. Can we have custom tagging feature where we can create prompt and tag it later i can use to filter out prompts based on that custom tag.

Motivation

This is possible scenario where user want only category list ( not all)
