Homestead 14.0.2 on Mac M2 with parallels failed getting IP Address

I started a fresh and new box with homestead 14.0.2 with parallels as provider.
I expected to get 192.168.56.56 like configures in the Homestead.yaml.

But in every try for booting the box got an IPv6 address only:

Finally it is ready and i can login from the console of Parallels but there one adapter has only 127.0.0.1 and the other one the IP6 address.

Any ideas?

Having the same issue after trying to rebuild a fresh Homestead environment from the image. Although in my case, it ultimately times out with an exception.

Has anyone got a solution to this?

I am getting the same error and have tried vagrant destroy without any success in fixing the problem.
