Right now there is no persistency. There is a legacy persistency saving to JSON files which will be deleted as soon as the new persistency is done. There is also a dummy persistency being used.

The persistency should store the information on the KVStore. For the first approach there is no need to worry about the amount of data stored, but it will be something to consider in the future.
