s3 multipart upload does not work properly

I was playing around and also have some difficulties when trying to make the multipart upload work

i get the following error

The XML you provided was not well-formed or did not validate against our published schema. 
(Service: S3, Status Code: 400, Request ID: 168ED5E4224995A4, 
Extended Request ID: null)

i can imaging something changed at aws sdk? the extended request id: null is probably giving it away, but im still very unfamiliar with the sdk, so i will have to dig a bit deeper to find out what's going on.

@wim82 i recently upgrader AWS SDK dependency on latest one, can you check with latest fs2-aws SNAPSHOT ?
