DWM_LUT won't launch when using a changed monitor setup after having configured a setup before.

When changing ports used for monitors after having already used DWM_LUT, it fails to start. The only way to fix it is by removing all config files.

I noticed this today; I have to delete the 'config.xml' that appears after using an external monitor in order to open dwmlut again. The config lists the Lut used for the external monitor. This unfortunately makes hot swapping from a laptop screen to a monitor and back a hassle.

I use a DP spoofer to remotely control the computer when the screen is turned off. I must removing config file sometimes.
