Navigation using shortcut fails when in a collapsed region

What happened

Trying to navigate using shortcut fails when in a collapsed region, the cursor stays where it is!
Using the popup arrows navigate to the next change, except if it is in the collapsed region. In that particular case, it navigate to the next change out of the region.

Expected behavior

Navigate to the next diff expanding the region if needed!
