"eio.state.ReadConv(shape=net.out_layer.neuron.sigma.shape)" adapter for loihi to cpu reads all the negative values as "16777214"

Hi,

When i tried to read sigma values from Sigma neuron which is after the convotional synapse of output layer for all the negative values it reads large integer value 16777214 when i use "eio.state.ReadConv(" adapter for getting data from loihi to cpu. In my network all the previous neurons are LIF reset, only the final layer has sigma neurons after the conv synapse.
