After doing some testing of the app on my phone here are some comments so far:
Page loading:
There are times when the page takes a couple of seconds to load when switching between tabs (i.e Guides to Constitutions)
Action:

• Include horizontal page loading bar at top of page, if taking long to load page

Phone app browser freezes and crashes occasionally when navigating swiftly between tabs:
Action:

• Investigate ways to resolve this issue
