We need to organise a landing page for the journals. In my view, if we implement a publisher field, we can have the standard listing chrono page, with a filter on the side according to title and according to publisher.
See my previous opened issue re placement on the menu.
I would like to have this done by early September.

The simplest method here is what we have done for Kenya Law, which is to do this through Taxonomies. The Journal content type should actually be Journal Article, but we can ignore that for now.
The Taxonomy system gives us the ability to provide a blurb and branding for a journal, and then break the journal down into issues, years etc.
It's not perfect, but doesn't require any code changes and can be done right now with existing features.
This needs more conceptualisation.
We have two journals on TanzLII (to grow further).
Currently they are visible here: https://tanzlii.org/admin/peachjam/journal/
