Journal landing page

This needs more conceptualisation.

We have two journals on TanzLII (to grow further).

Currently they are visible here: https://tanzlii.org/admin/peachjam/journal/

We need to organise a landing page for the journals. In my view, if we implement a publisher field, we can have the standard listing chrono page, with a filter on the side according to title and according to publisher.

I would like to have this done by early September.
