Consider ways of optimising the experience for users of documents with many/long metadata categories

A few ideas:

show the first X and use a "Show more..." link
make that region scrollable with a max-height
reduce duplication by showing a nested list of entries, which would also help reduce wrapping (but wouldn't make the list any shorter)
