This can also be a chance to rsync the lib folders

So, nothing can be done here until #6 is done (having a working CI server).

From there, what this means depends on #2 and #11 — namely, whether a "new release" means the Asset Store, the Package Manager, both, or neither.

(At the very least, it should include tagging a new release and having a nice zip file show up in GH releases)
