Both of these recipes define PHP CS Fixer configuration :

• our override of Symfony's friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer recipe (link to the original one)
• our code-quality-pack's recipe

Fix

• Remove our friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer recipe override
  • and declare a conflict with this recipe in code-quality-pack's manifest ?
    OR
• Keep the recipe override
  • and move code-quality-pack PHP CS Fixer configuration into https://github.com/le-phare/flex-recipes/tree/fb2e00537e4d0dcacb1001c483fd7b03647a19ca/friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer
