Easy linting matching with Blockly linting rules

When I automatically format a javascript file in VS Code, the formatting does not comply with Blockly's linting rules.

If we can match the linting rules and make it easy for new developers to do same, we will have less work keeping Leaphy Blockly in sync with Google Blockly
