Open Easybloqs from file explorer by clicking associated file #173

It would be supercool if you could open a easybloqs project just by double-clicking a project file in the file explorer.

Requirements:

Double clicking a l_original or other leaphy project file opens the Easybloqs application
The right robot type is selected by evaluating the extension
The project is loaded

ghost added the enhancement label
