Overview

Following up on work in #12182

When a user saves a quiz using the "Save" button, and the quiz has not been saved before, the user is redirected to that newly created quiz's edit page.

If they now click "Save & Close" it fails on the uniqueness of the title.

Seems there is an issue where some state is not being updated when we navigate to the quiz edit page.
