Observed behavior

In Coach > Quizzes there's no message when there are no quizzes assigned to the selected recipient.
In Coach > Lessons I'm seeing "You do not have any lessons" when I filter by a recipient to whom there are no assigned lessons.
Also in In Coach > Lessons when I filter by status for which there are no results I'm seeing both the incorrect "You do not have any lessons" and the correct "No results".

Expected behavior

The correct messages should be further specified and added.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install the Kolibri 0.18 alpha1 build
  2. Observe the attached video.

Windows 11, Ubuntu 22 - Chrome, Firefox
