[4.9.1] Bug: <There is an error with my addresses - its saying i have two conflicting>

Im attempting to transfer out of the hiro - I have the desktop and also the chrome plug in. This could be why I'm getting errors but unsure. For Chrome I have v4.30.1 and for Hiro Wallet desktop I have Version 4.9.1 (4.9.1).

I sent this test coin from my wallet to my bitrue wallet and it was never sent. I was also charged 3 fees and never receieved my 1 STX I sent as a test. I also tried to stake using planbetter and its throwing an error saying transaction failed. Please help!
