Problems with adding school request.

Hello, I've got problems with trying to do a pull request and ask for adding my school. What should I exactly do? Can I request via "Issues"? If so, then I'd like to ask you to add my school from Poland to a student discount. If the only way is via doing a pull request, may I get specified help, or a little tutorial, that's more detailed? Thank you very much in advance!
