code to extract some parameters from the raw data files (processing up to dsp-tier), this is not the end product, rather to show what I've done so far in one file

(I did a resolution comparison between the weighted-savitzky-golay-filter and the method which is used in pygama to get a better signal-to-noise-ratio (linear upsampling + moving window function), the wsg-filter gave the same (even slightly better) resolution and since it is already part of the julia analysis, I used/will use it for the julia muon veto analysis)
