Problem: one of the geometries in the Circulation character has too many characters when written out as WKT. It will apparently load into the database correctly, but whenever it is reindexed, the indexing will fail, causing it to "disappear" from the database.
Solution:
A) Need to cut the biggest polygon in half and recreate the .arches file that holds the circulation feature, and load it into the database. runindex_database to make sure the problem is fixed.
B) There are a few earlier versions of the circulation feature that can't be indexed but need to be deleted for the actually postgis database. Don't know how to do that, posted this question.
